to replace dis-ease

A million things to do
many hats you do wear
not enough hours in the day
not enough time to spare

Mind races, yet never seems to win
"Whew" now that's all done
"No" wait here it comes again

Inhale in your peace
Exhale.....yes release
subtle is your new air
Calming, natural, loving care

When life seems to buckle
with no signs of relief from
