Grabbed my fishin’ pole
And sat in my lazy chair
I dropped my hook into a bowl of alphabet soup
And guess what I found there?
A rare kind of fish who weaves magical words
Never a cross word she’ll write; literacy is her sword
How does she does she do it?
A machine gun firing words in rapid succession
The grand marshal of a dictionary procession
Her words are like harmonica notes swirling on a soft current of air
Hours I could read her work
Reclining from my lazy chair
