Arise

Written by: POETESS DARKLY

Tempestuous breath beholding hallowed eyes,
Witnessing the beauty which doth arise.
A vast zenith of forget-me-not blue,
A countenance unfolds within the hue.

Softly come gossamer prismed wings,
Thou expression but in beauty sings.
Mystique sunrise art thine ardent eyes,
Witnessing the beauty which doth arise.

Weak is mine constitution for which I bear
thou mercy tis steadfast I thee declare
Thou whisper akin to balmy breeze,
Mine chest but entombed doth seize.

Keep naught absolution from mine prayer,
Thou blessed assurance canst compare.
O iniquitous of mine transgressions sleep,
Residing assuredly in heavenly keep.
