on the periphery of people

Written by: Anthony Slausen

on the periphery of people,
who cackle when you bleed
so hard understanding them
nor do they bother
to understand me

I'm the flitting moth,around them
within their blackest grit-gravity
half wanting to be a part of (it)
the other yearns to retreat

another year of pursuit / hesitate
an A frame of seclusion,
or condo of silent confrontations...
on the periphery of people

on the periphery of people,
its in my DNA..
a twisted masochistic-self preservation
i only desire to nibble those
that wish to feast on me.
