In a corner

Written by: Dave Timperley

In a corner, all forlorn,
He crouches and he waits.
In a corner all forlorn,
He trembles and he waits.
In a corner all forlorn,
He hears the stairs creak.
In a corner all forlorn,
He sobs and he waits.
In a corner all forlorn,
He's made to play the game.
Every night it is the same, so,
In a corner all forlorn,
He crouches and he waits.

I just got a very strong gut feeling to write this for children everywhere May God enfold and protect them from all harm .
