The meaning of life is not higher than living,
For nothing can equal its height.
So work for your life, to your self be all-giving,
And stand in your glory of light.

Now ignorant ones, they may tell you
That life has no meaning at all,
"Why, look at the large world around you,
And you, you are ever so small."

Tell them back that your size is perfect
For seeing things near and so far;
Of all of the sizes now going,
Only this one knows ant, tree and star.

Perfect, the size of man, giant his mind,
And giant are you in goals of your choice.
Planets are pygmies, stars, they are blind,
Next to the will in the sound of your voice.
