Concrete Heart

I fell on a concrete heart
Got lost and found a way back to a glorious smile
Drove all crazy visions till my gears jumped around her photographic memory
She was the bible of beauty and word play playing hide and seek
While the world seeks to hide from its own sickness
A verse in a poetry slam race believe me
She was a verse in all sick emotions smelling love
starvation at the corner of broken intersections leading to truth's only destinations

She puts on jazz instruments between her legs paraphrasing faces in different places
Seconds grew voices in-case you thought poetry made no sense in bikinis
She danced around innocent brains my heart beat beat-boxed a symphony speaking agony followed by Sunday grass chillers praying for rhapsody
In sexy sunglasses all spoken chillers prayed for rhapsody with no Amen's

For the love of musical information hidden in her vibrating lips condensing attitude
I danced to her boring word steps
I fell but her ground was a concrete
All signs led me to Not available destinations
With no police in my crime i stole words to impress my beloved poetic style
She got me mentally ill in sleepless nights
I still taste my taste butts after tasting my first verse

Pillow fighting my heart imitations
Pillow fighting my vain to mental pictures importing killer instincts
Comp tickets in spoken word instincts
Free verses flooded in diesel power feelings mending broken love stanzas
Blame is on the survival syndrome
Taking life is unfair to your soul
My ink goal is chained in a pole longer than the distance to heaven's intercom bell
She knows only thieves steal goals
I worry she needs more legendary stones before we marry ears

I fell in love with poetry but her heart was made of concrete
The only queen prepared to echo my images in secrets
Living listeners sweating from poetry's heaviest metaphors
All metaphors lined up to get warm in sentences
She walks images of a true colour blind artist with a concrete heart
