Beautiful Shelby
Having you so young made me a mother
My love for you compares to no other.
We’ve shared in heartache and we’ve shared in pain
But the happiness and love will always remain.
You are unique, you make me proud
The light inside you shines through a crowd.
Your hopes and dreams inspire me
Your souls so beautiful like the deep blue sea.
I do not regret having you
You’ve opened my eyes and made my heart true.
You’re wise beyond your years they say
God sent an old soul to show me the way.
