Walls of Isolation

Touching everything around me senseless
Feeling the walls that sleep helpless
Cracking from down till the ceiling
Falling from time, being a weakling
While shouts behind these walls are heard
Children’s happy shouts mixed with tones of birds

Creative I became, for I carved my name on the wall
Realizing I behind it, am forbidden from it all
Laying there tired holding my last breath
Realizing that I’m not so far from death
And now I know that these walls should be broken
Yet no one’s here to help me… and my life’s been taken
