Mirror, Mirror

some things
are too obvious
for
a
mirror
to bother with

eyelash
sliding
down my cheek
dusting
yesterday
on
withering
regret
stained
lips

here
at the
end
of
a dirt road
where
no
bell
will
chime
to
your exit.
