To a Sad Heart

Appearing so sad I know I should be

life is short and it ignores upsetting

I am a lost vessel in stormy sea

what’s the point allowing my heart burning?

When love-making is ended in sorrows

you go your way and I’ll go another

don't say one word about the tomorrows,

remember the moment and don’t suffer.

So forlorn we are, our heart pains lashes

hearts mixed in dense furnace of sensations

the fire built from weak and burning ashes

will forever delight our completions.

So hold your tender body close to mine,

making love again for just one more time.

Sadness , the eternal blade that cuts so very deeply the heart. Enjoyed this sonnet my friend. Only time sadness is good is when one can look at it in the distant past.. Yet hope springs eternal when freely chosen...
