Those two lines about finds veins and arteries attract me the most, the truth in them is bare, and raw. The message as to intent of action, weep or bleed out is direct and stark. It's a shame that some people have these thoughts, and make those decisions, all we can do is wish them the best.

Thank you Larry. Get knocked down get back up hey? Always amazes me how people dont want to hear about the knocked down bit only the get up but hey ho there we go. Have read your work btw... funny stuff and seems you dont really miss much. But humble too. I like that. Tis a quality really not valued enough humility.

To me here is a lot of suffering, loss of hope; will there ever be a change?

I think we need to first recognize it is around us. It is so much easier to know it is there and to do nothing to change it or help. Experience is like diamonds we can see its value and use it to help others or we can use it only for self growth or both. Poetry is the only medium for me that enables me to use my experiences and pass them on. Take care Louise
