It is his loss to have left someone so loving behind and cruel to treat an innocent child with such malice. Lovely poem.

What you and your son have been through has got to be a very hard event in life..Men need to mature before they decide to father a child and women as well..Enjoyed reading your emotive and expressive work..Sara

I'm glad that your son had you for a mother, you are a strong woman and full of love and caring, you have a tender heart, all of which I can see through your writing! I could never be the father that leaves his son (or daughter) behind, I just couldn't, I have too much love for that! For that matter I wouldn't leave my wife either, never! But there are many fathers that do leave their families and it's sad! I really enjoyed reading this tremendous poem this evening! Great Work!!
