IN GRAY PROCESSION

night touches wind, cold

pale buds drop like tattered hems

         in slow procession,

as gray of frothy breeze wraps...

 the desolate autumn view.

Very poignant write with raw, sandscript sadness bleeding remarkably off the page. Thanks Nette for your wonderful comments and congratulations on your many new victories! I will try your contest. All the best.
