What are tonsils for?
Why, they're where our gills used to be.
Before fins became feet and we strolled from the sea.
The apendix was the swim bladder,
that adjusted our bouyancy.
Why else would we have organs that we dont really need?
How remarkably alike are the embryos,
from fish, to you and me.
Are we so very high above, is that what we like to believe?
Although we would destroy it all,
just to keep the secret key.
The ocean will call us back tonight, so loud her symphony.
She knows we will all return,
and in her depths we all will be.
All accomplishments will be forgot and time at last is free.
Onward to heaven we build our walls,
until we can no longer hear the dream.
As the ground beneath starts to erode, will we beg for clemency?
