Those who take fragile beauty discover the karma of that beauty's justice, barbing their brains with the of rose stems of that blooms into indomitable adaptability is your light in the face of selfish shadow Bindu...I admire how you find not escape, rather you find your meaning of conquest of trial inwardly...the takers cannot plunder your source of mind. "Closing my eyes for a brief eternity..." yes my Diva, that the power paradox you master so well...J.A.B.

Still rummaging in your closet, Bindu:) Another beauty which I had not read before! The shackles are our insecurities, ignorance, and doubts. Self belief and determination will provide the strength to overcome all...even those steel shackles! A top rating for you! // paul

Sometimes I wondered if others feel the same? Your poem proves it to me. I wrote Swimming Upstream and thought "what other poets out there" have similar thoughts". Aren't we all somewhat "shackled" to our beliefs? Great write. Allan

A very profound message. Sometimes, for a moment, I secretly wish I had everything I have given away. Time, money, bits of life that we will never recover. Really like the title
