Thank you for your kind comment on my poem A Viking Funeral. I read your poem and I enjoyed it, especially, "Red wine and retrospect. I can relate; I'm Italian and I always contemplate when I'm drinking. I'm 77 and I am looking forward to an unending spring Ralph Sergi

Becca this is a medley of beautiful words and very strong images of how life and time passes us by, sometimes we don't even see those times, I love the line " The breathing of my dying breath"...it is a very well constructed piece of work and I love it, well done...David

Hey my friend Becca, I remember loving this poem when I first heard you recite it. Your voice was angelic and totally pulled me in. Reading this gem has just confirmed once again what a talented writer you are. If we take our time and absorb these words and reflect on them we are truly touched by them deep within our souls. Thank you my friend for touching my soul today. Big hugs. Hope you are doing ok.

Beautifully executed. If one is not ready to face tomorrow, how can they really be ready today? Either way, tomorrow is an inevitability.
