For Julie-----Tears Of An Angel

May your star forever shine bright.

"Go unto thy paradise on wings of love and let the Angel's herald the coming of God's brightest star."
(Quotation by the Dark Man.)

For Mother, Tracy, And Serena

There is an Angel who walks the night
Guarding those she loves with God's own light
Inside the house where they do dwell
Leaving Angel light where her feet fell
Within her Angel's majesty
The golden light of memory
She walks around from room to room
Making sure all is well within night's gloom
She smiles the glorious smile of light
Her body shines ethereal bright
This night, in this home she shall abide
Memories of love she bears inside
Now dance sweet Angel, around, around
Your shining feet making not a sound
Your glory lighting up a room
That you would be a-leaving soon
Within her hand a rose appears
And from an Angel's eyes come tears
And on this rose these tears do drop
Crystalising on the very spot
And into the first room the Angel does go
Where Tracy sleeps, her breathing easy and slow
And the rose she places beside her head
As Angel kneels beside the bed
And now she kisses Tracy's brow
She has to go to her next room now
And as she turns to walk away
She gives Tracy blessings for the coming day
Within her hand an orchid appears
And from an Angel's eyes come tears
And on the Orchid these tears do drop
Crystalising on the very spot
And into the second room the Angel does go
Where Mother sleeps, her breathing easy and slow
And the Orchid she places beside her head
As Angel kneels before her bed
And now she kisses mother's brow
She has to go to her next room now
And as she turns to walk away
She gives Mother blessings for the coming day
Within her hands a rose appears
And from an Angel's eyes come tears
And on the rose these tears do drop
Crystalising on the very spot
And into the study the Angel does go
The clock above the mantle ticks seconds so slow
Serena is gone she does work through the night
Her rose will stay on the mantle, with a note Angel did write
Now Angel does kneel, she gives Serena a blessing then says a prayer
And the words she does utter do lay her heart bare
When Serena comes home her rose she shall easily find
The rose that a loving sister Angel did leave behind
And now the time to go has come
The Angel, all her work is done
And I the Dark Man can tell you truly
Your Angel visitor goes by the name of Julie.
