    I started a comment on this wonderful creation and it became so lengthy I changed it to a narrative called "Canning Days Back Home".... I'll post the results in a couple of days.... Thanks for the inspiration..... Jake

    Oh I miss those beautiful cans on my shelves, but with just my self to eat them I don't bother. Everything except my jellies goes in the freezer. I loved your poem though. Congratulations. love, Joyce

    Yep....all..summer....veggies....salsa...jelly....pickles...aplesauce and apple butter....all kinds of stuff....yum! Thanks for stopping Craig....I just growing it for the fun..and exercise of the garden not to mention the healthy good food...
