It angers him when I say who I am, that I am different.
He frowns, he frets, and he nearly boils over.
But what should it matter to him who I am, or what I say I am?
Is it too much, my vanity?
Or is it the natural inclination of humans
To despise what they are not?
Could it be simpler?
Could it just be that he thinks I am a fraud?
But why should that matter to him?
And why does he think about me at all?
Unless, of course...
Unless, of course,
He loves me.
