Your work is so up-lifting and just a lovely way to start ones day. I read quite a great deal of poetry to my little Grand-daughter and I am so happy to say that your poems are just beautiful and we enjoy them together.......Smiles As Always, Shar

Hmmm...there's enough of them sitting by their front doors to think this over. i suppose. Gotta love their blank expressions, so they are not going to say for sure, Jon.;) They look so alert, but very curious. Ah, I could see them in my mind while reading this.:) I really do enjoy reading about animals and nature. Thank you for posting this! Keep well....Mikki

I LOVE meercats. they are so cute looking and this is a cute poem about them. I wrote an animal poem about the pandas on Noah's Ark. It was a contest that never seemed to have gotten judged. Can't remember the name of that poem, but i bet you would like it. Anyway, I only have time for one of your funny poems tonight. Gotta hurry to bed!!
