Reading Emily Dickinson at the Doctor's Office this Morning

Waking is the hardest lesson;
I live today, yet wonder why...
Oh, but still, it begs the question:
How much of me am I?

    You are you and I am me. Yet it's often others we wish to be. So you may ask the question why, seek to be yourself and truly fly! I enjoyed your Rhyme. Hope you are having a great day.

    I really ike the way you put Emily in the title. I felt a little of her in the writing and it was a very pleasurable read. Indeed, who am I, really? So thoughfully crafted ...:)

    Well, I sat there in the doctor's office trying to conjure a fitting title, and then it hit me: why not title it the exact thing that had inspired it? Sure enough, I was waiting to be called back and felt those wonderful jolts of inspiration after pouring over many of her pieces, so I just jotted down this little ditty. Emily has inspired the last few pieces I've written in the past few days :)
