The End

my heart it mourns
calls out to you
I think that I missed my cue
the words are silent
nothings said
this separation repeating in my head
regret, remorse, and even Dred
nothing can change what was said
wonder of what could have been
destroyed because of my fear
I really want you to know
that I wish you were here

Awh, this was beautiful... a disheartening tale of regret, a longing for one to love and hold. Gorgeous words and piece Kaley Always, ~Becca

I can really relate to this. Too many times we let fear dictate our lives. I try to do better, but it's hard when gripped by fear.
