This is poetry that lends expression of the heart and entreats the willing ear when all else is silent. Know that such pain and isolation resonate with those who eagerly listen and vibrate with love and concern.

The internal struggle depicted here is intense as you lie alone in the dark.....I am glad that you overcame the blue mood and have decided to defeat hate with love! A wonderful poem.

Yes, as almost everyone here is saying, this is a very expressive poem, Becca. You have such mastery expressing your emotions, and I sure do love the midnight blue as the color reference. As dear Lucilla said to yo: It will pass.

Becca, love the title you gave this one. Seems like you are just like me, we write with our emotions. I normally sit on writes like this until I feel better and then I share them. Looking back being able to give our emotions a voice makes us deal with things better.. Okay that is just me rambling. Gotta tell you though I enjoyed reading this piece, glad you are in a better space *hugs* Wilma

The pain of experience will hopefully make us wiser. We have all felt this way at some time or another. You have such an expressive heart. May you find love and happiness in all your ventures. I am sending you a pulse of positive energy right now. Don't know if you can feel it, but wishing you well.

It is beyond our human capacity, only by giving it over to God can true healing take place. Then you will fill your lungs with his sweet breath and you will be able to breathe once again. Hugs Rick.
