The Cycle

New ripening buds,
Flourishing and blossoming,
withering, then dead.

Hi Jen nice to meet you! You may do more than 1 haiku but they must be haiku - if you write 1 haiku, I will be very happy, above is not a haiku, so you take a bigger risk by doing more than 1 [though I will be glad to help you and check what you have written] here is a very good link which defines what "I believe is a haiku' http://www.graceguts.com/essays/haiku-checklist ... give it a look. Hi Debbie, nice to meet you too.Thank you for help with my Haiku attempt.please look at this definition http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haiku, the 5,7,5 count still stands as far as I understand it,If I were to change the capitals,I think it would be more of a Haiku also.??

Jenny love her haikus, I'll have to try one one of these days. Good job with "The Cycle", this one a mere 9 words! MC
