Silver Haze

*                     ~Dark Silver Haze~                               *

   (side#1) (side #2)

come taste life ---------- Heart-warming wine
old and stale, ---------- Jot down a line
unflavored, unpolished, --------- Mood changes hue
A sour, dim shade --------- To sweet silver blue

the lowest feeling ---------- How high the cost
eternal gray sky ---------- How much is lost
hollow memories ---------- Back payment due
A sour, dim shade --------- To sweet silver blue

weak limbs, overpower ------- Head shake and sigh
moments of lights -------- None left to deny
everything ends -------- Insight in view
A sour, dim shade -------- To sweet silver blue

torn from reality -------- Somehow I gain
low spirits of sorrow -------- Beauty from pain
bitter and dull, --------- As thoughts turn to you
A sour, dim shade -------- To sweet silver blue

HI Linda this one is different and I Love the way it was done. It definitely holds the attention from first line to last. Let the words flow little one, giving life to the vision inside your Soul. Always give life to that vision in your own inimitable way. Pictures painted onto the canvas and left for the reader to bring to life in their own minds. These visions run deep. Hope you had an enjoyable Christmas. This was another excellent write. Have a good day. Later. Your Friend always....MIKE.

Love the poem and the concept. It's spiritual in a ghostly sort of way. True feeling of two people playing off of each others emotions. Nice collaboration. As always love your stuff. Satisfied... you bet sister. Kilmer

Art is subjective. No one can say what is bad or good only what they like or don't, and I liked this-- I'm definitely going to plagiarize you. Of course, I'll write something better like when Shakespeare stole "Hamlet" from the original author, but I'll be sure to send you a postcard of my new ferrari when they're done praising me about what a revolutionary, literary art form I came up with. Hah! Yeah baby! I love it! I'm definitely going to plagiarize you! Hahahahaha...

This is an exceptional piece of work and quite so unique. I am always flabbergasted and in awe when someone creates a work that stands out so and captures the imagination. One of your many best works, P.D.
