A beautiful poem with so much mood. I felt like I was sitting watching the rain trickling down a window pane and hearing it and smelling the fresh rain smell. Going into my Favs. Congratulations on your fine winning poem. SuZ

Stunning poem! I love the rain. Sometimes I think God is crying. Other times I imagine God is bathing his children like generations ago when families had bath night and children took turns getting in the tub with the parents washing the littlest ones. Always an expression of love, no matter the reason for the rain.

This is really great. I hope it is ok to offer some edits, to give a smoother read? Please do delete this after. just an offer to very nice write.... What remains for us in the reflections of rain? Perhaps memories of the blue skies we have seen Or the residue of tears we once cried in pain Souls healing within windows that nature released What calls to us in the reflections of rain? ..etc.. What can we touch in the reflections of rain? ..etc..
