A Walk on the Boardwalk, to the roaring waters,
Where the waves splash with great splendor, heads bob,
As swimmers bodies caresses the waves,
How we embrace nature's places, made to restore us naturally....
In the City, the hustle and the traffic, the heat,
Of Summer season grows more unbearable and static,
We cool ourselves with a smoothie, icy beverage, yogurt,
Ice-cream, alone or with a lover or friend by the fountain....
Up on a hill, by the pool, sipping lemonade, while basking in
The sun, the fresh summer blooms of the shrubs and trees,
It awesome in the hill with the coolness of the summer breeze
We sing along to all our favorite songs...
The World in all its Glory is unlimited still,
The empty desert, the Windmill on the hill,
The seagulls by the seashore, the lonely cobblestones
At closed shop doors.
Where is all the life when there is no laughter or sounds,
Only of the creatures of Nature's background,
Summer the days of revival, healing and splendor......
