In Hyperborean lands the woods of Spring
immovable and sovereign rule years through
in solitude and festal ways birds sing,
dusk brides will float above in misty dew.
They vest in dark to high ascend and yearn
adopt and breathe the smile of stars and night
through amber poplar trees, in sage and fern
evanescent's the Grecian wax'd moonlight.
Eridanos' pure waters flow downstream
upon its banks inhabit flocks of Swans
the gardens of Apollo bloom agleam,
and Rhipaion tall mountain lifts thereon.
The Gorgon Nymphs in brines shall carry storms
the vastness of dimensions lost and norms.
