My all

A destiny that became an escapade
There I was caught up in a whirl pool
But could not see I was being played
How could I have then been such a fool

And her the way she would mascerade
Anyone would think she's at some ball
Feeling angry but then more so betrayed
The fact I let her make me feel so small

And how dose he then keep up the facade
When one's knocked off there pede stool
This memorrie that never seems to fade
Her so smug but him thinking hes so cool

Though what a silly mistake that I'd made
To think that I was now giving her my all
What would have happed if he had stayed
Perhaps in future I will learn to walk tall

Why did I write this I feel like Ive took exerts from othetr writes like a bad case of nostalgia and broken
With this just a nother interpretasion tring to get off this subject not sure on couple of verses
if eveade or stayed would have been better lost intrest half way through

There's uncertainty at the end, yet hope. This was deep, David. I wish you the best in all that you do. You express yourself very well. I appreciate your verses tremendously. Can relate too. Always, Laura
