Facet's Of Love - From The Novel - Of Only One

Ten whisper's thrown upon the windy day

Hark, I cry to the heavens

as I kneel down to pray

a winter so cold

a breath without a word spoke

tangled and entwined

where each strand had lost it's way

this pity O' the pity

if not for your light

even as silent as death

speak O' speak to me

Another deep message within a poem of beauty...more than at first meets the eye. Such lovely, introspective words, Rick. And thank you so much for the honor given to my poem submitted for your contest. I am so happy to know you found it worthy. Thank you very much! love, Carrie

Rick this is lovely. Is it from a novel you have written? Or is it an imaginary novel like the one I did for the contest that is going on?
