My Country and My Clan

I do not trail the
treasures on temporal
terrains
only to plunge my pole
into permanent pains.

The wings that seem
white in the simple's sight
often put his frail fortune
to sudden flight.

I may be born and breed
without a silver spoon,
but God blessed my belly
with a boundless boon.

Our soldiers march on
their stomach, hungry still
I fight for my Faith...from
a humble hill.

We are who we are and
the world what it is,
red droplets flow in all
living beings, why hiss?

What you see is a
reflection of your reality,
do not mess me-- mend
your misty mentality.

You christined my
country: a cage of
corruption,
your den devices...darts
of mass destruction.

I am not a player, take
this not as blame game,
share my world...shun thy
shield: a show of shame.

Being a cheap cheat is
not an accident but a
choice,
everyone... in a villa or
village has a clear voice.

I come from a clan where
sin is a scary scar;
stare at the skies-- so
dark, yet it stocks the
stars.
