Hell Bound

Hell bound
I would crawl through the underworld
Battle its demons and the devil himself
Let my soul and sanity become unfurled
Harness my will and forget about my self
Swim through its lakes of breathing fire
Walk the burning stones beneath my feet
Dance to the song of my own funeral pyre
Relive the memories with a scorching heat
Staring through all of those hollow eyes
As they wander the depths caught aflame
Absorbing all the broken and pleading cries
Screaming above it all screaming your name
Rage guides me through fire and brimstone
Cast down by the hand of vengeance and spite
I will die here searching so you will not be alone
All that matters is your freedom is now my fight
Ashen bodies and walls of fire cannot contain
Defiant is our love and my will far too strong
My angel fallen your soul shall always remain
I will find you no matter the time or for how long
Breathe in the fire like the phoenix in flight
I’ll follow your beacon through the devils gloom
Symbiotic souls amidst this pitch a guiding light
Our torch to light the path out of this darkened tomb
