The Heartbeat of Our Land

No task too large, no task too small-
Offering a hand in need,
They're the heartbeat of our land,
Such a significant part of life.
Countless lives are forever changed
From the generosity of those that did.

What would we do without
The awesomeness of our volunteers?

Thank you Ellie for your kind comment. I hope you are doing fine. I'm recovery from a 6 level cervical surgery, Sept 3rd,. feeling a little better. Will be back writing in a month or two. Right now just enjoying reading PS member's poems and leaving a small comment. Warm Smiles, Connie
