Run slowly tepid newborn stream
where gentle corners bend,
and in the deep, the slow - serene,
gain patience for the rest.
Touch the draping thoughtful willow
bending o're your flow
and old and tired roots that reach
to drink from you their last.
Contain your bubbling anger
when shallow means restrict your way,
and let it fly in air that falls
into a soft green moss.
Learn from all that touches you
and drifts along the way,
until the journey slowly melds
into an endless bay...
