The fairies gather in the wood
And dance and frolic there,
The spells they cast are good,
With pretty looks and long blonde hair,
These tiny beings are so fair.
The woodland creatures come
To hear them sweetly sing,
No animals are dumb,
As magic touches everything
While fairies dance within the ring.
The moon espies this jolly scene
He smiles upon their fun,
And moonbeams crown the fairy queen.
The moon retires and everyone
Must scamper from the sun.
