Haiku 40 till Haiku 47 beneath the sakura tree

cherry blossoms drift upon the white casket -a fading pink hue --- she scatters his ashes where cherry blossoms bloom -life after life ---- early miscarriage -cherry blossoms wither before leaves bloom - - - my unborn child -cherry blossoms wither too soon - - - cherry blossoms in hues of pink -our baby girl - - - first cherry falls upon melting snowflakes -Spring's blossom --- cherry blossom -i lick fresh sweetness from his lips --- beneath the sakura tree i shape a heart of petals -without you Not for the contest but tnks Susan and friends you are an inspiration

Here's a hint(this might be seen as favourtism by some, but at least I judge my contests fairly by choosing which poems I truly want to win, which poems I believe deserve to win, and not because of status or name) .... if you see me running another "Anything Goes" contest in the future, and you would like to enter it, then enter your haiku. You've become quite adept at the haiku form.

Charma, I am trying to catch up on comments. First, you asked about my current contest. It filled up very quickly. It re-opened twice when a few entries were dropped. There are so many entries. I wanted to showcase a haiku(I wanted to showcase different forms). Had you entered a haiku, it would have placed in one of the 10 spots. Don't get me wrong, you have lovely, romantic poems filled with strong imagery, but my contests usually get SO MANY longer poems, as is.

I really enjoy reading your haiku dear Charma-- you definitely are inspired and I have a bunch here that I really liked, especially the last four ones, that last one was so vivid for me... thank you for passing by my poem and how you interpreted it was so beautiful. It can definitely be taken as that way...

It's hypnotically good. The dignified pain and cherry blossoms mix - the repetitions are magnificent; you are blessed by the muses and thank you for it.

I love all of them!! You're a great haiku writer, Charmaine! The number 7 is my fav... just because I'm sure Christina must be like a cherry blossom. It's nice to see you posting. Ruben.
