Theater curtains
Collect yet another years dust
The stage floor brutally beaten
From years of stomping
From stilouets to combat boots
Many spirits still linger
Passing through the moldy aroma
From the leaking roof to the stage
Where it seems they are performing
For one last time
As if they have to
For peace
So I watch (intently)
Then applaud at the end
The curtains drawn once again
Never to reopen
Now that their souls are at amends
(A true inspiring moment indeed)
