Jaaaaack so wonderful for you to stop by! :D It figures you'd go straight for the one poem I have about a guy peeing in the snow... LOL!

This is the first Haiku that I have added to my favorites. I like your style.

Well, the only reason I THINK I know THIS one is because I read all your replies back to your comments and got your hint, which led me to believe you peed on the snow. hahaha. What exactly did the girl kick? This is funny.

Well it wasn't ME who peed in the snow. It was my friend who told me he "wrote" in the snow in very fancy cursive... and when he wanted to show his girlfriend his "artwork" she kicked it all away, destroying it, saying that was gross! Oooh the weird things that inspire me at times... haha...

this makes me laugh cause I'm thinking like a kid that just pee'd in the snow... is that where the kicking came in place lol I hope i got what it meant if I did than this was very clever and funny

Spot on! I'm so glad you actually understood it because that is exactly what I was intending when I wrote this! Not, per say, a kid but "writing" in the snow... glad you liked!

Hello Timothy, I'm thinking of snow angels, a fine print... blowing away... By the way I also want to take this time in thanking you for enjoying my past poems. I like the way you understood some of my deep metaphors and mixed in verses. always~ LINDA

I don't know why but whenever I read something I like to read it in depth as I can. Perhaps it's my overly-analytic side showing, lol... I guess it just makes me enjoy what I'm reading even more. I appreciate the time you take to read and comment on several of my poems!

I'm certainly glad you explained your intent. Now the haiku brings a smile. Jack

Thanks Jack! :) This was based of a funny story one of my friends told me... I just had to write about it...

:( I didn't like that last line.....so curious to know why. Great haiku...thanks for your encouraging posts on my work, Timothy. You've got great insight into life! :)

I always try to be supportive. I must admit that this haiku is probably my most ambiguous, and though I usually like to leave it up to the reader on what it means I shall give you a hint about this. The "frozen paper" symbolizes snow... now put yourself in the mind of a five-year-old and imagine what "golden calligraphy" could mean... LOL!
