Verse From A Wayward Muse

Try to exorcise me from your mind,
But the harder you try,
I think you'll find
That I am not so easy to sweep away.
This is not yesterday, but today.

And don't blame me for that voice you hear,
T'was not I, but you, who put me there.

This piece is quite clever, and the first line is sublime, and the last two really anchor the whole poem together beautifully. Well done! Cool read for me :)

Damn! Love this! Fiesty & fierce! The self-confidence is strong with you. :) Adjectives rule!
