Passion is my rule

I rose like a King, with all my power
and strength.
But only for you, as no other can
think.
I did my bidding in all pleasure of
you.
Knowing you could be the one to
end my rule.
I loved you, like you never loved me.
My passion and hate took you away.
For only those worthy enough could
see.
That your love would never be.
Now I lay her in rest, with this
dagger of love.
That possessed me with all my hate
and fear,
Of losing you, with my emotions.
Shall love be my death, and Passion
be my rule.
