Whatever I say won't be adequate to describe the beauty of what you have written and the sadness with which it has touched my heart. I live with this constant fear of losing...I lost my mother to MS after years of watching her deteriorate and now...the constant nagging fear...who's next. The first part rings true....make the most of every day and opportunity. Going to my favorites! I feel with you! Glad the memories can help you survive!

Some will experience the emotion described so eloquently here but will never match your creative and poignant accounting of feelings. A satisfying sadness is detected here. Tough to describe with such an oxymoronic phrase.... but that's what I feel after reading your beautiful post..... deepest respect..... Jake
