About This Poem
To bide her time
Love came again to bide her time
To sit upon the swing and gaze
To run a hand through my hair
Many little bells caress my spine
She wore a dress to match her eyes
As kingdoms fall and states divide
So does my breath against my hand
Tremble here with heavy quaking sighs
I know I give myself too fast to her
But oceans pull and do not compromise
The choice will rest with me no longer
A life without this I shall not endure
