This was fun and different. It took me bag to childhood days and I've never thought about how many little activities there were involving strings. My brother used to be able to do the Eiffel Tower with his yo-yo. This touched on so many random memories for me... and all of them, warm and happy times. Thanks for this!

Sorry, can't help from interfering; I just wanted to say thanks with Andrea's words; that's really how I felt, reading your poem; flashback to my own memories...I'm over fifty and happy to learn such a simple recipe for natural crystals. My brand new grand-daughter Maêlle shall have multicoloured rock candy for her firs...t birthday, next year

Yes, when you are a kid string is the mother of all inventions, where you can create neat contraptions by having one end tied to one thing and yet another end tied to some other interesting thing! This end result can be very intriguing! This is quite a special poem, a spectacular piece, Great Work!!
