a rainbow 
glitters around a full moon --
black ice

Timothy Hicks Date: 3/9/2013 7:10:00 PM I've always thought that ring around the moon somewhat of a quandary. A "nighttime rainbow" is really a lovely thought... and that black ice paints a nice picture of a very cold, very black night. This is the true essence of haiku as the old Japanese masters would be proud of.
