About This Poem
Sickness
Raging inside me, as if I inhaled the sun
I can fell it burning my body
Distorting my mind
No matter how much I drink, I am always thirsty
My body rejects all help
I lay here waiting for my torment to end
Through it all, a vision of an angel
Though I can not see her face
I know she is here to save me
