Loved One

My only love each day I rise up
My only love I class a prize
The only person I can implore
The only human I do adore

Like a promise of love I see
Those eyes they initiate love in me
For in those eyes there’s only love
Which I think echoed from above

My only love is locked inside
My only love my ecstatic bride
So it goes it will accrue
Never ending for only you are true

My only loved one may I please

This is very nice and so romantic. Your wife is one lucky lady. That's the way it should b, but it would be nicer if the street ran both ways. Thanks for sharing. Lucilla

Sweet one for the lucky lady. I hope she likes reading your poems. My spouse doesn't and I have noticed it happens quite a bit for us poor poets!
