Bypassing the blues
Whoever has not suffered blues
Sometime or the other in life
When you are left without a clue
As to how to escape its knife
Here is my advice, please don’t laugh,
And it’s a sure-fire method to try
To make blues take a downward graph
When, in a surge of joy, you soar high.
Think of one from the opposite sex
One you like a little too much
Think of sharing with that person next
Private moments with a sensual touch
If it is taboo stuff to think of
Have a cold shower and sit down
To meditate on the Great one’s love
Or give yourself a dressing-down.
