About This Poem
When You Are Gone
When my arms are empty
I only think of you
When my lips aren’t kissing
I really feel quite blue
When you’re not there to hold
My bed it feels so cold
Until we meet once more
And say hello behind a locked door
I will wait patiently
Knowing you will come to me
