About This Poem
Tomorrow's Rain
Tomorrow’s Rain
What will we see in tomorrow’s rain?
Perhaps a window of clarity for things to grow once again
An opportunity to quench what was left neglected in pain
From the hot sunshine that seemed would never end
What will we feel in tomorrow’s rain?
Perhaps our souls cleansed along with nature around
Feeling a sense of life blossoming just the same
As the flowers now set free from being a seed in a ground
What will we hear in tomorrow’s rain?
Perhaps echoes of a peaceful melody
Grateful that we are replenished like the crops of grain
No longer waiting to be a distant memory
What will be there waiting in tomorrow’s rain?
A palette of colors existing by a canvas in the sky
For nature’s artist to create a rainbow out of its magical paint
Showing us the colors of hope to you and I…
